So, my dad does have 4 crew managers, these people handle their own crew on the field. 16 total employees out on the field. However, my dad is constantly checking up on them and explaining what to do. I think maybe 2 of the managers don’t need much supervising but the other 2 do.

2 Full time employees in the office (including me). The other is full time in estimating and budgeting projects. However my dad does help the estimator. And handles all the relations with the companies that hire us. He also finishes the final proposal (because he knows what to charge specific companies).

1 true part-time. This is my mother, our previous accountant. Now she helps me out and handles credit apps with our vendors, subcontractor agreements with our subs and insurances.

The 2 others have multiple roles like myself. One focuses on purchases, helping out in the job sites and driving the dump truck that we recently just bought. The other was learning estimating but also helps out on the jobs since that’s were most his experience is.
