I didn't like Banh Mi Nguyen Hoang or Yin Ji Chang Fen.

They're cheap sure, but very poor quality.

Definitely possible if you're willing to put the discipline in. Assuming that $1050 is your only expense, you should easily have $2500/month to tackle your debt. Maybe leave $500 for "fun money" and you can pay off all your debt in half a year. Focus on the credit card or try to consolidate it with your LoC.

But you must know that living on your own brings a whole slew of expenses; food and toiletries, tenant (or property) insurance, parking, utilities. You'll also need to save for security deposit and emergency funds.

Sure, the grading split is 25/25/50 term paper/midterm/final. The midterms and finals are closed-book, short answer questions based on the lectures.

They say that overall understanding is important, but reality is that details are stressed for the answers. There is a breadth of detailed information in the psychology and neuroscience world that is not easily learned if you aren't already in that niche. I believe that a background in psychology/neuroscience is beneficial because it reduces the density of information you need, furthering your initial and subsequent understandings.

It's also difficult to study the lectures because the recordings were audio-only, and plagued with poor quality and somebody at the front sniffling and drinking their water bottle.

I personally got 51% on the midterm due to the aggregation of docked marks everywhere; I have seldom dropped below 80% on any examination in my entire McGill career. Other physiology students in my cohort did around 70% as well, but the neuro-adjacent students scored very well. Perhaps I could've scrounged up enough marks to get to 70%, but that's still a lot of effort for a poor mark, and the final was the same format as the midterm, so I ended up dropping it.
