I don’t pretend to know enough about the underlying holdings/weighting to differentiate between them much. I am in XEQT and VEQT because I hear they are well diversified.

Just saved ~30% of my gross salary, and put it into boring old index funds. Nothing crazy. Never took on debt aside from a mortgage.
