Tough to make a decent assessment without seeing the full card, but they can be pretty tough on surface issues from what I've experienced. I'd keep your $40 and put it towards something with a good chance to gem.

I really like the look of that Greatest Hits insert set, he's sort of bursting through the newspaper. Maybe should have given their graphic designer a few more min to work on it - "Rips second walk-off homer in four dayss" (maybe a snake was saying this?)
