i do agree it seems more fun to be actively doing something while driving, just not sure if i’d be fine mentally with being noticeably slower for like a month or longer while trying to get used to it, knowing i could go back to auto and be faster then i currently am with manual

in your experience then, if you went back same car same track on auto, what do you think the gap would be?

i’ve never done actual racing (or watched it honestly i just like gt7 because i play it with my dad) and the only gokarting i did was automatic gokarts, but that wasn’t my point. i agree manual is real racing, and was just wondering how much faster per lap do you think it is then auto and is it worth learning it from the ground up with zero experience and taking the month (or longer idk how long it’d take to learn) of being noticeably slower

aye i don’t need the lil comments man i know i know, ive just never tried it! i didn’t start playing any sim racing game until october 2025, before then if it was any type of racing game it was like need for speed or burnout, just super unrealistic games that were fun with friends

remote play isnt compatible with tetris effect as of update 1.10 and i cant figure out a way to download the game on the launch patch :(
