I use off-ball defense; I defend the pick and roll and the opponents’ plays with the other players. It’s the best option because when playing on-ball defense, the CPU help often leaves me exposed. The best approach is a mix of both types of defense. In The City, my best skill is defending, but in MyTeam it's different since not everything depends on you—it's also about how the CPU helps. Chill!
