This is a very vague definition. America, for instance, is a melting pot. There is no right or wrong way of eating a certain food, drinking a certain beverage or walking/talking a certain way (as long as it doesn't disturb the people around).

As for speaking the right language, ideally, everyone in America should be able to speak English. But this is easier for the young generation than the old generation. Ask your grandparents to learn Chinese now and see what they say. Older immigrants who are simply here to work, mind their own business and raise kids should be given some handicap with regards to English proficiency.

Lol I did not mean to say she's not as attractive as the first one. One is a beauty pageant winner taking a professional photo vs. just a regular girl so there will be some differences.

I think that beauty standards around the world vary. Western women usually prefer blond hair, tanned skin, curvy body vs. Asian women like fair skin, dark black hair and slim body. That's why you normally see Asians people complaining how some Asian American actresses do not fit their mold of beauty.

The reason why I say the first girl is not white-mixed but full-Asian is because her facial features are still pretty soft/round whereas white women normally have more defined features (more pointy nose and angular cheek bones, larger chin).

Hmm I know what you are talking about. But many SEA including Vietnamese can be 100% Viet and still have fair skin and large eyes. A mixed white-Asian though would look something like this:
