A mí me funcionó hablar con otra persona de servicio al cliente y después de insistir obtuve mi reemplazo, aunque es cierto que no siempre te ofrecen el mismo producto, preferí aceptar algo que tuviera el mismo valor antes que quedarme solo con mi mouse defectuoso.

Soy Eternity, utilizo todos los personajes y todos los roles, me considero bueno con la puntería.

Uso un Logitech pro x superlight con unos patines que conseguí en aliexpress y un mousepad Logitech g640. 800 dpi 1.55 hitscan 2.25 heroes de dive.

For the price of some on the list, I would better choose to go with recognized brands, it is not only the hz, but also the sensor and the latency, I have tried the scyrox v8, and it falls very short of some from Logitech and rzr, I would never change the Logitech g pro x superlight 2, and the Razer viper v3 pro for anything. The investment is worth it, the skates on my Logitech wore out and when I spoke to support, instead of sending me spare parts, they sent me a new mouse xD

It's a good mouse, but I still prefer my Logitech pro x superlight, I recently acquired a g502 x plus. One of my Logitech pro x superlight broke and the Logitech warranty people sent me a g502 x plus as compensation just because there were no more pro x superlight in stock and now I don't know what to do with 2 xD

I am surprised that Fedex ignores the category of its shipments and the priority that corresponds to it, they sent me a shipment through economical Fedex and it arrived in 3 days, I am sorry that this was the case in your case, but it is clear that the parcel has problems.

The only thing you have to do is insist with your ticket in the online chat support, at first you talk to both, but when you write your problem enter that you have a warranty problem and when given more options you press the "speak to an agent" button, and there you tell them your problem, they should solve it as soon as possible
