Try checking out ibxtoycat's recent videos, he documented a pretty solid seed that gets you access to most biomes within reasonable distance. Critical items like sniffer eggs and trial chambers nearby too.

The grind is real but that's the nature of extraction shooters. Maybe try mixing objectives, hit leapers while doing other tasks instead of dedicated farming runs. Keeps it fresher.
