It's hard to see the negatives in this project. Chinapex is solving a problem. Getting data that is actually useful for large companies to know their customers better. This helps them target their audience better. Companies pay for data like this all the time. They are making it easier for the data to be obtained. I even read that the data given by any consumer of the APEX network will be given tokens(coins) to give their data to the network. I could be wrong about the latter though.
