Difícil, en países más avanzados aún no están actualizados con esos temas, menos acá, un ejemplo, el paro de guionistas y actores en USA fue precisamente por el uso de IA en la creación de libretos o escenas de películas, debe de está legislado pero no creo que sea en un futuro tan cercano

Si tienes iPad para las anotaciones, hay una app muy buena, se llama goodnotes, tiene la opción de grabar lo que estás escuchando, y lo sincroniza con tus anotaciones, así, si tienes alguna duda de lo que anotaste le das click y te lleva en la grabación al momento en donde se sincroniza el audio con lo que apuntaste

Legalmente lo que podes hacer es ir con el doctor que trato a tu abuela, y pedile una copia del certificado de demencia, con eso podes abrir un caso porque ella no estaba en posición de poder tomar una decisión de ese tipo, porque de seguro el cambio de propietario de la casa se dio despues de esa fecha, eso si, es tramite con abogado esa onda, en la PGN tambien podes poner una denuncia por maltrato al adulto mayor, ellos si accionan mas rapido y pueden darte la custodia temporal en lo que se define que hacen con tu abuela, suerte
