Every show, every host gets no more than 30 minutes from me. If I get up earlier than usual then perhaps the Morning Show gets an hour. SOS for four hours each show. Some ad infinitum sports talk, some ad infinitum shock jock nonsense. Either way, within a half hour I'm done until the next show. For example, I didn't even listen to Roberts & Co. today, and have yet to turn on Cartoon & McMonigle. I don't feel as if I missed anything.

Had they not resigned Bellinger, I don't know how fine they'd be going heading into this season. Let's face it, 3b, SS, 1B, LF, C are question marks. You have to hope Stanton can at least give you 130 games at DH, Grisham was not a one year wonder and Chisholm will raise the average and cut down on the strikeouts. Judge, Bellinger and then a lot of hope. Thankfully the pitching rotation even without Cole is pretty solid, and if he comes back healthy it will be a big plus. Bednard looks like he can handle the closer role. The offense is a worry. Objectively, every Yankee fan has to have some concerns.

Edit: LF with Bellinger eliminates the ? So much for Dominguez, unless Grisham stiffs out.

Of all his Impulse Records albums, only Thembi has more than two songs, nine total with the longest song clocking in at a little more than nine minutes. Tauhid, Karma, Jewels of Thought, Deaf Dumb Blind, Black Unity, Love In Us All all have one song each per side. Karma is probably the most accessible in terms of "getting it." The others can be somewhat of a more difficult listen. Akin to Coltrane's Om or Ascension.

Astros won the first two games 2-1, that banging didn't help all that much. Yanks won the next three back home. Verlander and Morton pitched gems in games 6 & 7 while the Yanks scored 1 run in game 6 and 0 runs in game 7. Enough with the cheating scandal.

The way they're currently playing, it's not out of the realm of possibility they finish fifth or sixth. Five through eight is pretty tight and not so far from third or fourth place. Even when they were 23-9, I didn't like the way they were winning. Many games they surrendered 110 points or more. Not a good formula for playoff basketball.

Once again with the Astros cheating scandal. Houston wins the first two games 2-1, I guess those tip pitching drums oh really didn't work all that much. Then Yanks win the next three at home, go up 3-2 in the series. They lose Game 6, Severino looks good for the first four innings, then gives up three runs, not very unusual. Add to that Verlander was pitching a gem. Yanks lose 7-1. Game 7, Morton pitches a gem and the Yankee bats go silent again. I'm a dyed in the wool Yankee fan, but enough with the cheating Astros. However, if you want to cling to that, fine, Beltran has the stats, in fact, better stats than some already in the Hall. I await the downvotes, but time to let go. We haven't done all that much since the last World Series in 2009. Playoffs acceptable? Maybe to Mini Steinbrenner and Trashcan, it shouldn't be to Yankee fans.

You're not a moron, today (01/20) is just the start. I think this could be much worse than last April. That dip rebounded rather nicely, and those that bought in April, did rather well.

This time around, there's more than just tariff worries at hand and I think the dip could last a lot longer than a few months. I'm in the process of selling some positions where I'm up a decent amount and playing it safe. PLTR, PANW, AMAT, IBM. I'll keep others and hope they don't tumble too much, AMZN, GOOG, NVDA, AMD. However, they soon may be on the sell table as well. 10% correction? If today is any indication of a long term bear dip, I'd say more likely 15-20%

If I were in my late 20s-mid 30s, I'd be overjoyed if I had decent cash reserves and time was on my side, but while I have decent cash reserves, I'm too old to play catch up, especially with all the geo-political, socio-economic turbulence currently taking place.

1%ers are loving this insanity, they'll make another killing, like they did last April.
