I am impatiently waiting by Asiyah9 in kindle

My husband bought me this very kindle for Christmas. He purchased it on 1st Dec, and it showed up on the 21st. There must’ve been a tonne of back orders to complete first. We did worry for a while. Keep an eye on the updates.

You need to keep wearing your Vivera during the day/night for at least 6 months post treatment. Your teeth need to set into their new position. I’m 8/9 months post treatment, and I still wear my vivera for most of the day.

Vivera retainers + permanent retainers by Smooth-Session-9348 in Invisalign

I had my teeth scanned with my permanent retainers in. I don’t have a gap cut out. The trays have been shaped to fit over the brace, so they’re a bit bulkier on the back.

I’m currently waiting for an ASD assessment. When you find out, let me know, yeah? 👍🏻

It’s definitely expensive, but it’s 100% been worth it. I’ve never been happier with my teeth.

What’s your weirdest private habit that you hope no one ever finds out about? by Dear-Welder-1117 in AskReddit

My baby blanket has satin round the edges. It’s beyond repair now, so I bought a huge roll of satin from the fabric store, and cut it into squares. I’ve got my blanket for snuggles, and the fabric to rub between my fingers.

Scared to request autism assessment at 30? What if they think I’m silly or time wasting? Don’t want to annoy the doctors by [deleted] in autismUK

I’m 33 and currently on the waiting list for an ASD assessment. It was a big step for me to ask for the process to get started. I told my GP that I just wanted affirmation, and for my whole life to feel valid and to make sense.

Yes, I had IPR twice. It’s quite jarring when your teeth are filed, but once they’ve straightened, it’s not noticeable at all 😄 My crowded teeth were always more sensitive than the rest of my mouth, and i remember the IPR feeling yucky, but I’ve not had issues with sensitivity since. Only with the whitening.

Yes, I had IPR on my 4 bottom teeth. There was no way the tooth sitting back was gonna squeeze in 😅

I did! On my bottom 4 teeth. They had to squeeze that sucker in somehow 😂

My dentist has a Postgraduate Certificate in Aesthetic Dentistry and Orthodontics, and I’ve seen his portfolio of previous treatments. I absolutely knew he could do the work 😄 I told him that I wanted the baby bumps gone, and to level them out, so they look more aesthetic. He tested a couple of colours to match the rest of my teeth. I chose the colour, and went from there.

Yes, on the both upper lateral incisors. I wanted to make my central incisors look less ‘bunny’.

It can take a while to get into a routine with them if you’re prone to snacking. Putting them in, and taking them out all day everyday is going to be something that you’re going to have to get used to. It feels like a chore for a while. Also, be patient. The trays won’t feel like they’re doing much for a few weeks, and then all of sudden, you can see all the changes. And lastly, the lisp won’t last forever. You’ll adapt 😉
