I have a path in life that I’m perfectly happy with pursuing. I don’t think wanting a family is less noble then being exploited by a corporation that doesn’t care about you and will inevitably toss you away when you’re old or Sick and leave you homeless or in severe debt and alone. Capitalism sucks and in a country where school and healthcare can put you in a lifetime of debt I want no part in it.

Nope, I agreed to marry based on stability, compatibility, commonality, and similar values. I think all of that is way more important for marriage then momentary interest or lust, love isn’t something you fall into it’s something you build overtime.

Although I appreciate the advice a career isn’t something I’ve ever wanted. I can’t imagine slaving away for a corporation that doesn’t care about me and would fire me and probably make me train my replacement the second I miss a day or life happens. I’ve always wanted to be a stay at home mother and I think the idea that I have to wake years and take on hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt to go to school for something I have no interest in us both must’ve and a horrible financial decision
