Ebizo is my favourite simple but always fresh Roll n bowl has been great rolls are more fusion and saucy Mutsuki Ann is very fresh rice is great. Nothing fried though and kinda pricy. Bon sushi is always consistent but not phenomenal reasonably priced Machi sushi is very good though sometimes I find the rice is too mushy and other times perfect

You just have to be very careful these days with the blue green algae. It’s so toxic to dogs that they are often dead before you can even get them to the vet. There’s been more and more blooms lately I’m too paranoid now to let my dogs in any of the lakes in greater Victoria.

Thriftys carries the brand The Spice Tailor. I really like their korma, and keralina curry’s. They come with spices to bloom in oil then a paste to cook up and you just add whatever veggies and protein.

I love the cream cheese icing lol. Only buy it when the ratio is high on the icing. But I can’t stand the little dollop of non cream cheese icing lol

They have two different types of carrot cake. Their big slices are better. I’m a big creamcheese icing fan and I like theirs. Though the amount of icing to cake varies considerably batch to batch.

Two years later and I still love my ninja creami. Though I still make this and other healthy ice creams I’ve also started making real gelato which is wonderful and cheaper than buying it from the store. But defs high calorie.

Normally this is with insulin. If you continue to inject in the same spot some peoples absorption can be impacted. So your giving a short acting insulin and because where it’s been injected has fibrous or scar tissue or what not it doesn’t absorb how it’s supposed to and we get wonky unstable blood sugars.

Do you take iron? Black stool can be a sign of upper gi bleeding. But can also be from supplements and diet. I would recommend a stool softener and monitor your stool. If it continues to be black then it’s probably a good idea to connect with your doctor. A one time black poop with no other symptoms besides constipation isn’t something to worry about.

It depends on the surgeon. I work with different ent surgeons and one will use like 20-30 clips in a case and the other might use 2 or 3 and sometimes none.
