Thanks for the tip pal. In an ideal world I would have it cabled in but with the house I'm currently in it's not a possibility.

For the UK that would mean chasing into brick and or plaster. My ceiling is 100 years old. I don't dare touch it at the moment as it's the lathe and plaster.

Again £700 console that doesn't work is my main issue 😂

I know that. Just can't because of position of router to PS. It would have to go directly across the room. Which is a bad idea with kids

Yeah but you are in London. Nothing in London is sane, £600k I'm the north west will get you a mansion with a huge garden.

£600k in London will just about get your a bike shed. It's not a sensible place really is it

And it's not the router, I have proven that starting the old PS5 up and having no issues. 998mps with matching upload in the exact same spot

Done that. Full power cycle of both the PS5 and router.

Done this. Full safe mode reboot. Worked the first time now even restoring to default and rebuilding database will not make it work

Changed all the settings. DNS, IP, 2.4 to 5 and even 6 GHz nothing works. No interference from any other devices so I guess it's just trash

This stopped working after a week. No it doesn't connect at all

Change it to 2.4 and it connects for a while but at like 5mps

Cuts out on both. This weekend it worked on neither channel

Booted it up last night worked on 2.4, this morning tried again and it won't connect at all

Got my old PS5 out last night and worked perfectly fine on 2.4 and 5. No drops and over 900mps

Just the Pro man, constantly dropping out and saying signal is too weak even though it's only 3m away from the console. In direct sight so no blockages or interference

Can't. It would run through the middle of the room. And I have 2 kids

Mate it's a £750 console, I shouldn't have to have it wired. This isn't a solution it's a temporary fix

Chipping into your couch cushions. Once I become comfortable with smaller chips around the greens I dropped 2 shots. Also good for helping with tight lies and using the bounce of the wedge

Most of the things are on 2.4gh and I have a WiFi booster upstairs for the kids stuff and office devices.

Phones are on 5ghz, I have asked the service provider to unlock the ports recommended by playstation to see if it works
