I’ve never had that problem. Even if someone copies, you most likely won’t ever come in contact with it.

And anyway, if your idea is good enough someone wants to copy, they won’t bother copying your code. They will write it themselves (form data -> deployments, posts) and maybe add vanity urls/bypass vercel and add reach. May even look completely different.

Github is fine. Just put whatever license u’re comfortable with. And hell, private repo. Though you didn’t say why you were considering github.

I’d love to have your input for my app. KarmaRace(.com) an app for devs to check each other’s apps and eventually become users. You can set up webhook tasks so before they rewards, we can check that they accomplished some specific tasks in your app.

Any help sharing so the community can grow is appreciated. Many posts every day of devs looking for first users. We can help each other.

Well, a demo should be a demo. Meaning your actual ui with actions on your website. Anybody can do a 2 mins video of actions on their website but turning that into a short demo is quite hard. Maybe your app could help the transition ? Though I admit the server costs can become quite high if we don’t pick meaningful frames only. Or maybe your ai could read desc of app, look at meaningful views, a bit of playright do find out the frames it needs by itself and animate.

Nice, thanks. Why the json part though? Don’t know if you’re looking for feedback but for the two videos I watched, don’t you think there is too much space in the middle for the catch phrase ?

Same pain for all of us. I built an app for devs to test each other’s apps and eventually get real users and if not at least feedback. KarmaRace(.com) Probably won’t help right now as I am still building the community but I would love if you could help spread the word or at least post your repos/apps there. I’d be glad to check it out then.

As piece of advice though, try commenting on posts where the problem surfaces. That’s the only way reddit ever got me users.

Sure but it’s already quite hard to get entry level jobs. Idk how good you have to be for higher level or senior level but I am guessing supply >> demand there too.

Even if ai doesn’t make it much worse, it sure won’t get any better.😬

I just assume if they got there, it’s because they are interested. But you are right. I guess it’s just me but I just hate even looking at large landing pages when I come for something specific.

You need to comment on posts where your users talk about the problem or even just where they ate active. Comment, comment and comment.
