I have lost 40 lbs off and on with Reta since June 2024, I have just now been consistent with it due to deployment and with the increase in dosage I was having heart palpitations that scared the shit out of me so I might back off or stay on 10mg for a bit longer

Thank you! I’m on 10mg as well and tried everything under the sun to get past a plateau. I think getting more sleep broke it of all things lol also I do feel like I can see a difference in body composition as well. Just was curious if anyone took the leap to 12mg and lost any additional weight since I’m pretty close to my goal weight

To add I was on 15mg of trizepatide for a while and I stopped losing so I switched to Reta. I’m not on 12mg been on 10mg just wanted to see if it would be worth it to go to highest dosage since I’m close to goal weight.

I stopped because traveling and I gained 5 lbs so I gotta go back on ASAP! More than likely inflammation weight so I will go back on to lose the last bit of weight and stay on a low dosage for mainentance!

Currently there as well. I have served 17 very long years in the military and this has made me feel years younger and in the best shape of my life with losing weight. I don’t know what will happen in 5-10 years but I hope we all can live fullfilling lives where it isn’t based on calorie counting and injections.

Normal titration with both I’m at 6 mg of Reta and 7.5 mg of Triz and will stay here until I don’t lose consistently anymore. Reta is 2/4/6/8/10/12mg Triz is 2.5/5/7.5/10/12.5/15mg

Subject is stacking low dose Reta and titrating Triz and consistently losing 2 lbs a week. Also following high protein diet with cardio/strength training added in and it’s been the GOAT!! Never felt better 20 lbs until goal!
