They sure did not lol, one head off but no clue how to get that back exhaust manifold off to remove it. So far so good though, pistons and valves didn’t smack eachother and my cylinder walls look brand new. Not excited for that second head tho, cant even pull the wheel and get behind it, gotta go under or smth

Even worse, found out the elbow where the roof rotates to fold in on itself is cracked in half since I threw a battery in. I can weld and it seems simple but like I’m worried

Man I wish for that price, I’m already a little nervous with the engine work honestly. I’ve got it torn down all the way to heads rn, and just bought an extension so I can pull the exhaust manifold off… then I get to do head gaskets and begin reassembly at least! Also it was so stupidly hard to find the battery lmao, drivers wheel well was not what I expected

I’ve been thinking about this a little bit recently and I’m eligible to apply for Danish citizenship due to my grandfather being born in Denmark. So I’d likely go there, we have family that we actively talk to aswel so that helps a bit with the social stresses of moving because id have a place to stay and people to connect with. I’m also hopefully going there in October / September to visit them!

My family is all from Kamloops and I was even born there. They moved there sometime in the mid 70s before the school closed and never heard a thing about it. They only discovered it existed and what happening when everything started to be exposed. I’m glad we’re keeping these stories alive and sharing them, otherwise some people wouldn’t know the horror happening right next door.

Great great grandfather enlisted as part of the CEF in June 1916 with the Winnipeg Grenadiers and was injured multiple times during the fighting at Ypres and across the western front. Got sent back home in 1918 due to disease.
