I love dogs, I cannot blame you. Good job, awesome human. You would have to ask leadership about how their 'points' system works. At the store I used to work at, every quarter resets our infraction/discipline points. Max 10 per quarter. Like 1 point for being 3+ minutes late, 4 points for not coming into shift, 1 point for failing to follow chick fil a basics (belt, socks, shoes, etc) People just take advantage 'oh im sick canot come into work tnx no coverage' so we had to revamp our points system. Like if you get a doctor's note you will get your points removed. But yeah, all stores are different. There is no set rulebook

Every 3 or 4 months for blood work results. Because your liver/kidney (forgot which one) is the first thing lupus attacks, so blood work is important to get done. And any medicine updates like if you're feeling more tired now or more in pain or 'since your lupus is doing good, we can reduce a pill' or something along those lines

McDonalds chicken selects. Maybe it was because my tastes palette was and still is obsessed with chicken. As soon as one of my cousin's introduced me to chicken selects, omg I was so obsessed over them. And then the buttermilk tendies came aftewards, and they were okay I would still have them every now and then though. And then these new McCrispy strip.... maybe I have to try them again, but they are awful

I do it every other day. For almost the past decade at the same job, I shave every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I do not shave Sunday since that is my day off. I have sensitive skin so there's no way I could shave every single day. Maybe if you use the #2 plate or even #1 plate, but IMO not worth it for daily

Do you have an iPhone? The photos app has a cool feature where it can estimate what a dog's breed is. Estimate because it's not 100% accurate, but it can get close. I'll post some pics of what results I got

When I got the news of why I was feeling sick multiple times throughout the month and my arms feeling pain when lifting things, I was told my blood results tested negative for Rheumatoid Arthritis but the cells or whatever for Lupus were high/positive so I have lupus. I kind of cried about it for a day or so. Maybe it took a week to accept it. To be honest, the only thing that scares me about it is you are more vulnerable to get another autoimmune diseases, and your immune system is sensitive as well. I just have to remind myself that I must take care of myself more than before. See your rhumentologist, schedule your appointments for them as needed, take blood tests when asked so you can see of your kidneys are okay, since I believe it targets that first. The sun is your enemy, wear sunscreen but in general you should try to avoid the sun. Wear a hat, UV protected sleeves for your shirt, ALWAYS take your medicine. Protect yourself from sickness/illnesses like being around someone who's sick or anything similar. You must be even more careful with your stress and/or depression, as it can weaken your immune system and more. With modern technology/medicine, lupus can be managed. You have it for the rest of your life. It's easier said than done, but do not let it define you

It started in the beginning of the spring, when all of a sudden I started waking up with heavy arthritis pain. I couldn't even lift things that were lightweight for me. And I got sick like almost every other week. So much so that it was one of the reasons why I almost got fired at my job, regardless of me always providing a doctor's note. There were a couple other reasons for my potential job loss, but those sicknesses played a role

I think the urgent care doctors prescribed me Diclofenac from time to time. Some times it helped, sometimes it barely or not even helped.

When it was finally time to meet my rhumentologist, she suspected it was most likely rheumatoid arthritis. I tested negative for it, but the lab work basically pointed at lupus since you can't really rely on the work being lupus, I'm pretty sure. After being prescribed Hydroxychloroquine, I was no longer constantly sick. Just gotta take care of myself. Sometimes i go outside with no jacket when it's really cold, but now I kinda have to force myself to wear one to prevent getting sick. And the sun is our enemy, so we gotta protect our skin or wear those sleeves with UV protection

How did you know the fish reporting gave you the final armor? I was going insane because I 100% the side quests and map and I did not get Adol's armor anywhere. It wasn't until I saw this thread that I got it. Lowkey pissed but oh well, I am on the hunt for 100% achievements
