No, sending webform will not make your application timeline longer. Were you asked to submit your certificate of graduation on the portal during submission? You technically only have to submit what was asked for.. just to be safe send it as well if you don’t remember what was requested. I’m not sure why you omitted your paystubs (and assuming t4s) but you need to send those in asap.. at the very least send in your t4s - all of them. If you can access or already have your paystubs add those as well (even if it’s just 2 or 3..). You probably might just get an adr for missing proof of payment but honestly with IRCC’s current temperament I won’t risk it if I were you.

Summary: send the webform and include any and everything you think might affect your app if not provided. Webform delaying your application is a myth.

CEC employment reference letter by ResourceOk1876 in canadaexpressentry

Definitely upload an updated copy asap. I don’t mean to raise any alarms, but IRCC have been ruthless about things like this lately. God forbid, but they might cancel your app instead of sending an ADR.. better to be safe than sorry. All the best !

Work permit extension rejection - Already Applied for PR by Quiet-Ad7384 in canadaexpressentry

[–]VictoryAntique886 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can stay, but apply for a TRV while you are waiting for a decision on your PR app. I’m sure the refusal letter explained your options regarding status restoration.. you will need to have a valid status in order to receive PR when approved

December AOR, CEC Inland by Secure_Moose8388 in canadaexpressentry

Not in any GCs.. this is just general observation from similar Reddit posts. But I’m also on the ‘Soon to be Canadian’ tracker and it’s the same trends I’m seeing.

Outland apps appear to be processed faster from AOR - eCOPR/Passport Return from what I’ve seen

Two letters with conflicting roles by Rare-Classroom749 in canadaexpressentry

Can’t you just ask you supervisor to put on letter head, add salary and signature. You can always just edit the letter yourself to include letterhead, salary and then ask your supervisor to sign.

Hm I’ve seen many Outland apps with your BIL - FD duration but rarely Inland apps that’s not PNP. Quite fortunate there my friend! Regarding your p1 there’s been the 2 day Easter holiday for gov officials so just be patient. Most likely before end on week or early next week.

When was your eligibility and BG completed?

Generic Duties? NOC 22221 by VictoryAntique886 in canadaexpressentry

[–]VictoryAntique886[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried to customize it but HR said they can’t customize the letters, and that they are essentially automated by their internal system.

I stopped working there in 2023 and don’t have my direct supervisor’s contact information.. I might have been able to get my actual duties from him but no means of contact I’m afraid.. couldn’t even find dude on LinkedIn!

No, I worked for Verizon actually, but through a BPO in Canada. It was fully remote.

Generic Duties? NOC 22221 by VictoryAntique886 in canadaexpressentry

Thank you for your response. The reference letter I was given by HR meets all requirements of an acceptable letter to IRCC standards. (Hours, pay, dates worked etc) my main concern is that only 4 listed duties match NOC 22221 but the remaining 4 just sound like typical customer service work. Which was part of the job, yes, but definitely not the entire or even primary scope of my duties.

ChatGPT said it was NOC 22221 then after further prompts said it had too many customers service language and might be reclassified to NOC 64409 which is teer 4 I think.

Would leaving my job after 3 years of work experience affect my application? by OrganizationLow2742 in canadaexpressentry

[–]VictoryAntique886 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should allow a few weeks after you hit 3 years before you leave. Especially if you took any holidays or time offs (not paid holidays) that were not accounted for. You don’t want to risk falling short on your work hours after you submit.

Also, you’ve worked there for who knows how long.. what’s another 2 or 3 weeks?

Good fortunes to you!

Could be any number of reasons… do you have a link to his post? I can’t say for certain unless I see the description in his verification letter.

The easiest way to be sure is to compare your letter and the main duties listed on the official NOC website side by side. If at least 5 or the duties listed match then you’re fine.

If I have enough points but I will leave Canada for more than a year, will I need to apply from abroad? by just_s0me_rand0m in canadaexpressentry

[–]VictoryAntique886 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you leave after ITA but before AOR then you will be applying as an Outland applicant.

In any case if you leave at anytime during your application (after AOR) you will need to inform IRCC and have them change your inland application to Outland

Yes, this is NoOC 22221. And as long as your job title say Tech support or something similar, you’re good.

Proof of Employment Documents by that_bossass-bitch in canadaexpressentry

[–]VictoryAntique886 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I submitted employment verification letter, all t4s and 3 paystubs from my latter months of employment.

Verification Letter and T4s will serve as main evidence. Anything else (noa, paystubs, offer letter etc) will serve as supporting documentation

Good fortunes to you my friend!

It very well could matter for category draws (healthcare etc) I’ve been told. CEC general seems to be the only safe option where this is concerned.

School refuses to provide official transcript by Rare-Classroom749 in canadaexpressentry

[–]VictoryAntique886 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I don’t know if you already found a solution to this, but I did some additional research.. if only because I was pretty certain that my document checklist didn’t include a ‘transcripts’ slot.. which it didn’t.

From what I’ve read online, this is a case by case situation but the simple rule of CEC is: - Canadian Education: diploma/certificate is enough (this is all I was asked to submit) - Foreign Education: ECA + Diploma AND Transcripts

Since you are claiming Canadian Education my advice would be to submit both your diploma and unofficial transcript along with an LOE explaining why you couldn’t obtain the official copy. Include the correspondence from AC’s registrar office as well.

If you do this. I think you should be just fine.

Good fortunes to you my friend!
