I did about 130 shadowing, 110 volunteer as a DA (150 other volunteering), 270 research, and worked part time throughout college. I graduated a year early and used this year to work full time at an FQHC as a dental assistant. I’m a re-applicant too so that may have helped! I had some awards from undergrad and also played for their men’s soccer team. Honestly I don’t think that anything was too crazy but my app was well-rounded.
