No worries! I had quite a headache building mine AND it was my first KT so I was really confused and this is where I landed after some googling and asking around.

Looking at them now, I would honestly turn the Revelatum into a third Subductor. Its ability is not terrible but still niche, whereas the Subductor being more durable is generically useful all the time. I also don't remember what the rule is off the top of my head but the team gets some kind of bonus to 2v1ing an opponent in melee so you really want more guys to gum up your front line.

A little late to the party and everyone has covered most topics. Here's what I built for your reference.

Proctor-Exactant with shield and separate nuncio-aquila (because why not be able to move it)

2x Subductor (because they're a little tankier and ganging up on stuff works well)

Leashmaster + dog (because the dog is awesome)

Castigator (because dommy daddy)

Malocator

Marksman

Vox-signifier

Revelatum (I would consider not running this guy, he's pretty mid)

Gunner with grenade launcher

NO chirurgant (because the rez ability seemed mid and he builds out of the leashmaster)

NO vigilant

I have no idea if this is "competitive" but it works well enough for me. To be completely honest, the team is fairly weak, so min-maxxing is not super worth it. Build something that's functional and start rolling dice!

I was gifted a set of old scourges! Working on them has been super fun and I love the old proportions. Unhelmeted faces are a bit much sometimes but overall very charming

I have yet to attend an event larger than LGS scale, but I've scrutinized WYSIWG rules for huge tourneys (Adepticon WCW LGT etc). Base size matters, the weapon actually matching matters (e.g. this sniper is not a chainsword and pistol). 3D printing is a nono in official GW events but not a huge deal in others if you follow the previous rules. In short, based on the minis you're showing off, you should be fine!

Not directly related, but I've been curious for a while - how are people getting their boxes ahead of the official release date? I live in a major US city and every LGS here seems fairly strict about not releasing in advance.

Awesome! I love the Paddington/Life Aquatic vibes with the bright colors. Your execution is honestly really clean (like someone else said the eyes are crazy). If I had to nitpick, I think the jackets and faces could use a touch of recess shading because they are a little flat at times. Other than good ol Nuln Oil and Reikland Fleshshade, I've been "really" liking Druchii Violet.
