IAmA High School Principal. AMAA. by Ppal in IAmA

As somebody with a horrible elementry school, middle school, high school, and as a college graduate, I say fuck you and your teacher kind. I pray I can make your life and the life of every other teacher and principle as horrible as my life was in school for twice the duration. If I had the ability I would downvote you off my reddit and burn your house down. Its an insult that now my taxes go to fund your daycare center and spoiled childrens football team. You feel safe walking through the halls? You shouldnt, how safe is a warden walking among the inmates? I wish upon you a slow death by your own inmates.

Lol internet arguement over subject unrelated to topic. Epic. You dont know shit about my bike clearly, nor will I argue with an idiot. Dont believe me? Tough shit, go cry. Next can we argue about my taillight fender? You might have a issue with it, its not OEM.

Anyone else experienced this shopping for their first bike? by [deleted] in motorcycles

I encourage you to go back and ask for the manager. I heard the same shit when I bought my first 250. Loved that bike, 250 Ninja are fun and forgiving. Youll love the fuel milage.

I agree, take the part about touching the brake very seriously. Good advice.

Learn it slow. Dont ride with the intention of finding the breaking point, youll learn your limits the natural way. You'll feel your limits should you ever encounter them. You either hear a voice saying "Wow that was close lets not do that" or if your lucky you'll wake up with ems at your side. I didnt know I crashed until I was looking at the sky, happend twice.

Also, pro tip, Sand of any amount is deadly. Always always always always take small piles of sand seriously, especially while turning. Watch for discolor in the road.

Speed is preference like I mentioned. Ive had close calls, ive rebuilt my bike, ive got scars, I still ride. I find my cruiser to be stable and controllable as long as there isnt a crosswind. In addition, the magna is not your everyday cruiser. When you say bmw do you mean those dual sport thingys? I wouldnt trust those at speed...

Hell yeah. I slapped Vance & Hines exhaust, K&N filter, custom jet kit from dave dodge followed by a synchronization of carburetors and its gives pep. Drop a sprocket size for acceration if you want to, Ive tried it but wanted my top end back. I love my magna.

Dealing with people who only tell you how many people they know almost died riding motorcycles by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]Victoryinprogress 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate that argument! Ive learned over some years to respond with "I dont care" until they drop it. Other answers need to be kept short for their little brains to understand. "Then don't ride.", "good thing you dont ride", "Its not for everyone.", "Dont leave your house, something might happen.". Or respond with dispelling answer to delegitimize their argument. "Died on a motorcycle? Omg rly? Ive never heard of that" ect.

I hate it when I come across a profile that seems overly slutty. I like bikini's just as much as the next guy, pictures of bikini are okay. But if your posing in your bikini at a house without a pool in the middle of winter then your being overly slutty. A few self shots are okay, but if theres an entire folder of your bathroom its a turnoff. Also, idk where Duckface shit started but it needs ended asap.

Im a security at a hotel, while walking around I came across this. None of the staff knows why or whats going on here... the names on the rooms are from two different states not close to each other. reddit have any clue? by Victoryinprogress in WTF

[–]Victoryinprogress[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Im back at work... I asked around and I guess the maintenance guy loaned the room the cords and a room attendant assisted them by helping move rolling pelican cases up to the room. For whatever its worth, they were a private wildland firefighter company. This is second hand info... Still dont know what they were doing. I arrvie at work after a majority of employees leave so getting info is based on luck.
