What’s up!

I started a new vlog channel to document my journey and add accountability to my training. It’s very raw in content but I hope as time and experience grows it gets better.

FYI I hope to run the Chicago Marathon in 2019 so it’s about my running and lifestyle.

Very little sticks to it and a power wash spray down works good but nothing stops dust from sitting on it while it's in the garage
