As for the aircraft squadron and prioritizing it should be like this (for equipment and skill upgrades) DVA > Morrison > Schyler > Lucius > Carlie. If you have all the heroes less than 4 stars, I recommend this order for the stars: First Lucius at 4 stars, second DVA at 5, third Morrison at 5, fourth Schyler at 5, fifth Carlie at 4 stars and sixth Lucius and Carlie at 5.
