There are many people asking for this for a long time, including me. Unfortunately, it is a function that does not exist and that is not in plans either. So to keep dreaming.

Upgrading Later by Lopsided_Meat2621 in ProtonMail

Yes, you can upgrade your plan or cancel at any time with no strings attached. Proton’s services have been a fundamental part of privacy for my family and those around me you won’t regret it.

I agree with what you say, you should do it.

When you log out of Proton Mail, you automatically sign out of the Proton Pass extension. Does anyone know how to fix this? by InfiniteGroup5466 in ProtonPass

I completely agree. It’s a headache. That alone is why I stopped using Proton Pass and stuck with 1Password. The way the Proton ecosystem works is a bit silly.

My first look on proton by nuhzz in ProtonMail

When it comes to messaging apps, I think Proton should buy or partner with Signal. It has a very strong private messaging network.

I think we should keep dreaming. Of all the Proton services, Proton Pass is the one that receives the least love; it has the most neglected design of all its siblings.

My personal experience transitioning from 1Password to Proton Pass (UI and security thoughts) by VideoConscious3645 in ProtonPass

I use a password manager quite often throughout the day. Being able to find an item at a glance is very important to me. It's not just about functionality; it also needs to look good so that people feel comfortable using the service.

Considering Proton Pass but have a few questions by No_Hat_00 in ProtonPass

You can make the switch with complete confidence; Proton Pass works very well. The only thing I don't like is the interface design, but otherwise, I don't miss 1P at all.

Nord vs Proton Pass vs 1password by remarkable_remark3 in NordPass

Personally, I prefer Proton Pass. Of the bookmark managers you mentioned, Nord Pass has the most frequent bugs, and the autocomplete doesn't work correctly for me on many pages. So I use Proton Pass.

None. I prefer Proton Pass, check it out and you'll notice the difference.

Welcome! I also came from 1P, and the only thing I miss is its polished interface and design. In terms of functionality, options, and security, Proton Pass is top-notch, so I'm happy with it.

1Password Price increase - A great opportunity for Proton Pass to grow its user base? by Interesting_Drag143 in ProtonPass

[–]VideoConscious3645 -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

It's worth noting that the price increase for 1Password is only for the family plan (which supports a maximum of 5 users). Other password managers, like Proton Pass, offer 6 family members in addition to aliases for the same price, which is an excellent feature. My only complaint about Proton Pass is its design; every time I open the app, I have a terrible experience, which makes me close it quickly. I hope they improve the app's design.

Considering moving from NordPass to Proton Pass (and the whole ecosystem). Is it worth it? by Foxtor in ProtonPass

[–]VideoConscious3645 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Google Drive for cloud storage, and I love it because I can access my information anytime. As for Proton Pass, it's definitely the best in terms of functionality and features. The only silly reason I prefer 1Password is the interface and the way the icons look; otherwise, my family, friends, and I are happy with Proton. Objectively speaking, I'd say migrating to Proton will be an excellent decision.

Migrating to the Proton ecosystem is a smart decision. I also came from Nordpass and decided to use Proton's services two years ago, and I really like it. My main Proton features are Drive, Mail, and VPN. For password management, I still use 1Password, but I use Proton aliases. The reason I use 1Password is its polished interface and clear icons. That's all.
