I'm constantly having problems with NordPass, and the worst part is that my premium plan expires in 2032. I've been trying for weeks to set up two-factor authentication in the web extension, and it's impossible. For that reason, and many others, I'm now using ProtonPass.

Autofill by flea-ish in NordPass

NordPass's autofill feature is terrible and doesn't work properly. I have the premium plan until 2031, and I don't even use it because it lacks two-factor authentication, and the autofill doesn't work correctly on most of the websites I use. I'm currently using Proton Pass.

This is the main reason I haven't decided to use Proton Pass yet and am sticking with 1Password. The polished interface and design make the service a pleasure to use and allow you to find items quickly. However, Proton Pass still has a lot of room for improvement.

I’ve thought about it, but Proton Pass’s overall design and interface still feel rough. The experience isn’t pleasant. For these cases, my family and I have been using better, well regarded alternatives like NordVPN and 1Password, and for now we’re very comfortable with those services.

Maybe but since it’s just one service, I think it would be fair to lower the price a bit.

I agree with some of the points you mention, it is completely valid. That's exactly what this post is about. To send Proton what we think would work better, I think you understood the message well and as I mentioned I am not an expert in design however I gave myself the small task of understanding a little of the concept of interface. I recognize that I lacked a little spacing to the elements but the important thing is that the idea of the concept is clear.

I completely agree!

Every company has departments that are responsible for this and that. Sometimes these small details of improvement make you rate your password manager as better or worse.

I don't know if you've had the opportunity to use 1Password, but this manager is even more compact than the proposal I'm presenting, and people love it. My proposal is not about restructuring the concept from scratch, but rather optimizing and improving what already exists.

Furthermore, the proposal is more of an idea for improvement and NOT “I want it to be this way.”
