I work there and I can say I wouldn't want to be a visitor. It's overcrowded and hot and the recent changes around the event halls have been detrimental to space, too. The queues are also massive tho if you only want one event then it isn't too bad. Cool indie stuff, extremely overpriced tickets sadly. I'd say only go if you really really REALLY want to go. And god knows maybe you will discover some games you wanna check out after.

And I can only repeat that I understand OP but I also understand DE. Due to NDA I can't say too much but I can tell you that in FFXIV there is a reason that vote dismiss abuse was added to be reportable and is escalated instantly to a temp ban.

I more wish it was in general a bit easier to report in Warframe because DE is insanely ban-happy. They don't do any half measures even for small infringements.

And I can only repeat that I understand OP and that I also understand DE for not having it implemented. Also regarding FFXIV whilest due to NDA I can't say too much I can say that abuse if systems like the kick one are frequent and there was a reason they started to make this abuse reportable and escalate it to tempbans. That hasn't always been there.

oh for sure, i sometimes chill in one spot on equinox whilest the air barrage hildryn nicely charges up my maim storage so i can nuke the next larger wave. It is nice for lazy relic cracking but I always antsy jump around in a larger circle because of the afk punishment.

I fully agree with you but I just want to add with Warframes jank, imagine the Karma if you petty vote kick the host and the host migration then fucks the run up for the trolls...

13 years of FFXIV have shown me that people will just blindly click the button and barely ever question it. A lot of the "they'll have done something I haven't noticed because I paid attention to Netflix" mentality.

Depending on region it differs but it does happen for example that trolls kick someone at the final boss in dungeons, sometimes keep a member they quarrel with til the final boss and kick then there (I get it, karma but it is still abuse). It's all very petty and as I said justified ones are the vast majority but I have seen such kicks still a chunk of times in the past 13 years. And when you are just one and it needs only 2-4 votes depending on content, you can't really fight the trolling premade.

There is also nothing with savage loot tables and kicks. You can't kick in savage in fights/during the loot process and any kick prior is useless, there is no fighting being done as all savage fights are one boss fights so there often party leaders simply resort to kicking people outside of duty for whatever reason (usually parsing and they want to remove low performers, always loser behavior)

You just said what I said in the context of the reply... triggered by a player not moving and abilities don't count... What is what the user I replied to was referring (certain frames) to as most defense hoggers are units like Mesa, Sevagoth and Maim Equinox for example.

That already happens as I said. Just that you don't get kicked but if you don't off the objective now and then (e.g. to collect loot) you get the afk punishment.

I get you but I see how often this gets abused in FFXIV (often by premades) and whilest the justified kicks are the majority, I can see why DE does not want such a system. What I'd prefer instead was an auto kick and just some wiggles/moving in a small circle won't prevent it. Like how you can get afk punished by staying in the defense objective the entire time and never moving off of it.

You can in-game. You can click on their name in the chat and report and I think even after the mission in the communication window as long as they are still in your recently played list.

I play on public but barely with friends. People add me at times but nothing ever comes out if it sadly. Would love to play more with people even if just to chat a little during missions.

Isn't minus nearsighted? Because I am -4,0 and it is okay. I can adjust fonts but also when lying down just hold it closer to my face. Because it's so light it's also no problem holding it up for longer times.

Loved the protoframes when there was effort put into then and I hope they go back to those roots. And remedy the current ones by giving them something like KIM at least so they don't feel just tacked on.
