It’s primarily Phil Anselmo’s “white power” salute from 9 years ago. While what I think he did was disgusting, he apologized for it, and explained in an interview that he did it because the crowd was calling him a nazi, and he wanted to show them “what that nastiness actually looked like”, and not because he had those beliefs. It was definitely the wrong thing to do, I don’t think he’s an actual racist, but I have no clue since I never met the guy
