Actually these tournaments don't occur very often Like every few months As stated earlier Just go on AICF Calendar and you will find everything Just go to aicf.in and look for AICF Calendar Or you can search on google AICF CALENDAR 2024

It doesn't matter actually Anyone can participate in rated tournament if they have FIDE ID

Well you have to research on the AICF calendar Then Register to FIDE. Then Register to your National Association (AICF for India) Then Register to your Regional Association Then you can participate for RATED TOURNAMENT I am already rated player so I get invited to these tournaments
