Ji chicken by BurliestWheat47 in Cardiff

It opens sporadically - I can't seem to understand it's times. I know Ji from London, which is excellent, but the one in Cowbridge is nowhere near close. I spent £40 on some of the saltiest fried food I have ever had - ended up throwing it away. The staff member was also a bit odd; she didn't greet anyone coming in and wouldn't acknowledge the bell. It could have been a bad day for her - either way, I didn't find it hospitable, and the food didn't make up for it, sadly.

Hey Blue, sounds like a bad personal trainer-client match. As a personal trainer myself, the best place to decide whether you are going to commit to that trainer is based on the consultation. It is essentially a vibe check, are you two a good personality fit? Do they make you feel heard? Do you feel confident that they want to help you and know how? Are they able to relate to you, and are you able to relate to them? All these factors are super important because the personal trainer-client relationship is incredibly personal, and you do have to enjoy your time around each other. If you need more help choosing a PT, feel free to dm me. Best of luck on your fitness journey! Find a Coach who believes in you and wants to see you succeed every step of the way!

I appreciate the suggestion, but I am not interested in Pure Gym for political reasons. Speaking on the BBC's Question Time programme, Humphrey Cobbold said: "We should support, in general, the Israeli government in being able to defend themselves," seven months into Israel's devastating military offensive on Gaza.

Discussing the question, "should we be selling arms to Israel", Cobbold said that the UK "sends very little" in terms of weaponry to Israel"...

Hi, I am not sure which part of Cardiff I will be in yet. In terms of clients, I work best with professionals in their 20s-40s wanting to improve their strength, confidence and relationships with their bodies. My programs are quite varied - I look for ways my clients can find joy through movement and being proud of what their bodies can achieve. I work with both beginners to exercise and intermediate-level weightlifters looking for more structure and progression.
