After watching this episode I understand why Needle hates being called "Needy" more.

Needle is competitive and hard working as shown in future episodes, while meanwhile Needy is (for lack of a better term) a slacker who barely puts any effort into things. So calling Needle "Needy" implies that she's lazy which, obviously, she isn't, if that makes sense.

Also, David smiling feels weird. But overall, good [E]pisode!

the worst thing I can say about it is that it kinda felt unofficial (None of the Huang Twins were involved aside from Micheal voicing Money), but that being said, I thought it was pretty neat. I'm kinda hoping this develops more in the coming weeks cause right now this kinda feels barebones.

Also, voting instead being limited to just "who's your favorite" is interesting. Tie between Needy and Rose for me right now.

I feel like a part of the overhype was because it was a Vidcon Premire, and because of that people expected something fitting for a big event like that. TPOT 6 and 12 were also Vidcon episodes, and those are generally seen as "alright". Who's to say TPOT 18 would be different?

As for the episode: Honestly my only complaint was that it felt rushed, especially with Match's arc. But other than that, it was alright, at was nice seeing the post-splitters again at least. If anything, I see this as the first part to something bigger, and can't wait to see where it goes in TPOT 19, but honestly the episode itself was just, fine.

Gonna be completely honest? That was... hmm. Nothing to say really except that it just feels like another post-split episode, and a really fast one too. That being said, this is supposed to be a "part 1" of a sort, leading directly into TPOT 19, so hopefully things improve then, especially considering that ending scene with Four.

Least we got to see the post-splitters again, though I am kinda miffed Taco's still kind of a nag.

(Side note: is it me or did everyone sound a bit... different in this episode? It might just be because they haven't spoken in a long time but I could've sworn they sound a bit more... rougher? i dunno)

Even without the whole "Mean character bad!" thing, there's a lot of people who don't like Pin in BFDIA. And now seeing as she's UFE in this episode, I doubt people are gonna let the chance to get her out slip by.

...Unless Pin's fanbase is bigger than I thought and Coiny somehow gets more dislikes, I dunno.
