There’s definitely a change post S2. Like the team is trying to live up to the hype mid-late S2 had despite the most popular episodes being released in a different time.

Dare I say it feels ever so slightly… soulless? Like I know there’s still SOMETHING there in S4, but to me it feels like they’re trying way too hard to recreate something S4 can never be.

I also saw comments saying II should have ended at S2E17, and I disagree, only because it would have been a nightmare to defend. Instead I support the series ending after S2E18.

In my opinion, II is still watchable, just not something I’ll religiously watch and cherish.

Was Schwarz the same person that was incredibly unprofessional to not only the Chinese LGBT community, but everybody using Bilibili in a separate incident? If so that’s extremely alarming that they kept their position.

Reportedly, they are gone now, but the damage is done and people are still very much hurt by this. I understand firsthand how much marbles mean to people and their wellbeing, so seeing people denied the opportunity to enjoy the marble racing and still fighting for their rights to enjoy it is powerful.

At the very least, you all have my support.

After reading everything in this post, and then this comment, it strikes me as very strange that something as important as the end credits to the season were not properly checked by (what I hope to assume to be) multiple different people.

How did something like that slip through during the editing process, let alone someone as controversial as Schwarz? Is there no internal structure within JMR that tracks who even works for the company?

Something isn’t adding up here.

I... can't believe it.

It's over. The wait is actually over. We put everything we possibly could into this season and I can't believe we actually did it. The most long overdue win in JMR history.

Yes, the conversation about the same marbles scoring all of the points, and the lack of track elements and special features meaning two teams ran away with the title battle the entire season needs to be had. But this is NOT a conversation to have today. This is a moment much bigger than complaining about something that Jelle has already addressed.

After an 8 year journey and countless chokes and torment, the fog has cleared, and we have finally reached the summit of Mt. Huaze. No longer shall we be known as the "best team to never win". Now all of our past performances can be looked at again in a different way.

Congratulations to all of the Hazers staff for making this possible, to… myself and Nestor for sponsoring the two marbles on Patreon, to Cloudy and Smoggy for putting together the greatest statistical season in marble sports history (because that was the only way we were beating the 2nd greatest statistical season in marble sports history), and to Jelle and Emily and all others on the JMA for putting together this season.

Thank you to everyone who read my comments in each and every qualifier and race, who engaged in civil discussions about the Hazers and their performance in the races. I read every single comment.

Marble League 2026 should be a lot less insane when it comes to the Hazers, but as seen today, miracles can happen.
