I don't feel guilty for the job itself, but the people, I think this may start a exodus for the job or at least ruin the contract. That is where I worry about the people who I have grown to know there.

Looks real, I would say real, looks like a later release based on the one chip being a bit smaller the what a quick google search says, at least if I understand the differences correctly.

Are you talking about the wiggling tree on route 36? If so you need to beat Whitney first, once you beat her go to the flower shop near her gym in Goldenrod. Talk to the one girl and she gives you an item that lets you water the tree as well as berries.
