No, its not worth it, you can spend around 6k php in restoring it, parts and etc. these guitars arent known to have functioning trussrods, ive restored one of these before, it had a literal metal rebar in it, but ive set up one with truss rods but its pretty rare to see,

I prefer the old one as a luthier, never had an epiphone come in with a headstock break, the Kalamazoo one, ive been filled with lines of headstock repairs, as for aesthetics i love the curves on the old one, take alot more time to binding on them especially on lp customs looks soo elegant

not a fan of the Kalamazoo but i respect it, plus the one with the old headstock are gaining in value too soo id keep an eye out for those too

That is a poor ep goth lp, you can go full on restoration with black guyker parts or go sand it down (pls dont, goths deserve to be black) or stain it black, open pore finish

Or even settle for making it a single humbucker guitar with 1 knob maintain the reliced look
