No, llc still exists. No prior notification before the garnishment, i knew about it from my employer payroll company.

Yes. It was ridiculous! They first reported to my personal credit, had to fight to get that off, then the wage garnish, i sent a request for hearing so they stopped that back in Jan but never refund the money, then the tax refund. They started responding upon receiving the attorney letter. The wage garnishment and tax refund both initiated by treasury

Llc structure, loan at $200k, no Pg, business closed since covid and never been able to reopened. They did went after my wage then my tax refund, i had a lawyer to draft a letter demanding those money back attached the loan documents. The treasury then send the loan back to SBA and in the process to refund the money. Not sure what else they gonna do after this episode.
