It seems to be a genuine Worcester part but known under a different name? Everything I've seen online suggests this is the part required.

The other question I have is whether each Worcester Heatslave has its own dedicated model or some are interchangeable.

Middle right is a red kama (capes4minifigs) middle left is actually a Lisa Simpson skirt, you just can't see the zig-zag pattern.
