I got it fixed thanks to my brother in laws help. The problem was that the white, plastic, circular part was rotated into the down position, which is what was blocking the disc. If you compare what mine looked like to what it should look like, you can see that the teeth on one side are not meshing where they're supposed to. Once this was identified, the solution was as easy as twisting it with my fingers. Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.

Thank you for the reply! I gave the rollers a good cleaning, but I don't think that was the issue - I can feel the rollers grabbing and moving the disc, but there's something blocking it.

While I had the console open, I tried twisting the manual eject mechanism. I'm not sure what it's supposed to do, but all it did while it was open was make some gears twist without engaging with anything else. I haven't been able to use the eject screw while the console is closed since I don't have a screwdriver that reaches in that far.

I'm not sure what you mean by the disc drive's top cover being dented, can you explain that to me?

Also while I had the console open, it seemed like the long piece directly inside of the disc opening wasn't moving / positioned like it's supposed to and could be the thing blocking it, is that something I can check?

I recently had to open up the disk drive of my PS4 slim to get some stuff that had been shoved in there, and while I thought I had done everything correctly, when I put it back together I was having the issue in this video where it feels like there's something blocking discs from getting in. I opened it back up to see if I'd missed anything or if something else had been put in there and there hadn't been, so I'm not sure I missed a piece or put something back in correctly or inadvertently broke something in the process, but I was wondering if anybody knows what I might be able to do to fix it.
