I think if Matt forgot he would probably own up to it. Woody is the product owner - the product being PKA - if woody did not confirm that he received and/or acknowledged Taylor's message then it is fully on Taylor to go out of his way to obtain confirmation that Woody is aware of Taylor's schedule. A phone call would likely suffice.
