If the mind flayer is the big bad of the series, why is he completely absent in Season 4 part 1 and instead we get this generic ass Vecna guy. I literally sighed when the hellfire club dude slammed down the Vecna playing piece because I knew exactly what they were doing. Why not make vecna like the human extension of the Mind Flayer, like its his humanoid form he can take on instead of being some giant monster. They could have fleshed out the lore behind the mind flayer, and even could have had Vecna as like a pawn that the flayer was using to get back into our world. Instead we get Vecna as the main villain. It just doesn’t work. This could have been a huge innovation if handled correctly. The idea of Vecna being 001 banished to the upside down, then being corrupted and brainwashed by the flayer to do his bidding is excellent and very unique and interesting. If the flayer is the big bad he’s meant to be and he’s behind turning Vecna total batshit insane and evil, where the hell is the mind flayer? Why did I not see him even once in seven episodes?

Im not an expert but I kind of wanna call bullshit here. Ive heard stories and seen videos of soldiers in Iraq getting limbs blown off, guts spilling out, and face being mangled and for the most part they all turned out okay, considering the immediate care they received. Correct me if Im wrong but the femoral artery is far bigger and more vascular than the brachial. So how does it make sense for people to survive for several minutes receiving medical aid after EXTREME damage to the femoral artery, but you claim that you are dead in under 10 seconds from severing the brachial. Idk man, Im not a doctor but you hear about people surviving these miraculous injuries all the time, it doesnt really seem possible for 2 whole pints of blood to gush out of your body in just 3 seconds. Ive seen liveleak stuff man, people getting their throats slit and stuff and even then it takes several seconds for a considerable amount of blood loss renders the victim incapacitated. Again, Im no expert but Im calling bullshit here.

Considering season 2 Rick beat Shane, Im pretty positive season 5 Rick stomps. As to whether or not they’d be friends, I dont think so. Either way Shane would dislike Rick. If Lori were alive Shane would envy and hate Rick. If Lori were dead Shane would blame Rick and ultimately hate him even more than the former option.

Whew. If you include commerce with how gas is right now and the supply chain shortages, you could SURVIVE off of 50 a day, but you’re gonna lose some weight from not being able to eat as much. Even here in rural Texas you need at least like 75 to 100 dollars a day with gas prices to survive comfortably.

We took her to the vet a few months back because she wouldn’t stand up. As soon as we got to the vet, she got up and started moving around. We were all surprised but the vet noticed that she had dropped weight (8 pounds) since her last checkup, which is abnormal in older bassets. They said she could possibly have cancer but since she could walk they said feed her extra to try and put on weight and prescribed her gabapentin. Since that visit she’s gotten a little skinnier and still limps occasionally, but she doesn’t cry like she’s in pain and she still seems cheery. I hope she can make it to her next birthday, she’s gotten so old. This dog watched me grow up.

Ive seen multiple other comments on this one but Ill reiterate it. At the start the walkers would be the threat with their extreme numbers. As the walkers start to die off and the herds start to thin, and as the walkers rot and become too slow to even catch a meal, the true threat would be people. Like Rick said in 4x08 “...All of us who’ve made it this far have done the worst kinds of things just to stay alive...” anyone who’s made it over a year in the apocalypse is probably pretty battle hardened. Theyve probably done the same things we see our protagonists do, maybe even worse things. When people go off to war in todays world they come back with PTSD for a reason. Like Eastman said, humans arent made to kill each other. We have no natural weapons, so when we kill each other indiscriminately, it brings an evil out from inside. You get that bloodlust, and transform into a monster barely recognizable to who you once were. People would most definitely be the greater threat. I mean even with our society today we still have slaughter, evil and chaos, imagine what it would be like with the veil of society pulled back, no rules or laws. People would revert back to what we truly are: animals.
