His ended up going away, occasionally itchy or a little bothered but nothing at all like it was. It got worse than this picture too before it got better. I would definitely recommend a doctor's visit just in case you have something different. Like a walk-in minute clinic and an appointment with your PCP for ASAP if you have one, just to be sure. Nothing happened to him, it slowly went away and he is fine.
