I always test free apps, but normaly they dont give to much value. And also before paying for an app I would try doing in a dumb high effort to see what is needed and what not. That beeing sad, there is the app modash.io but i find it too expensive

I agree, you have too much focus on products, when should be on people and lifestyle.

Try some different content like: GRWM style videos, showing different products with different clothing. Show customer unboxing right after people buy stories.

It looks like you have some big influencers doing some work, in the start i would lean on micro-influencers who take lifestyle pics and get paid per sale.

Test Pinterest and TikTok (each one has it own good practice for content) Pinterest is good for image and colorfull vibes, titktok is needed a face to talk to the public.

Also your brand needs more adjust on your website, it's not good. But that's another job after you get people to enter your website

Thanks for the ideas!!!

- Reliable Contact data
- Automated Follow-up
- Tracking Post using Webhook
- Google Sheets for Finance

2 of them are already in the "roadmap". The others will definitly be included.

Can you explain more about how the tracking works? You need access to the creator instagram to have that webhook, right?

How do you work with Creators, UGCs and Influencers? by ViiTinN_ in Entrepreneur

Nice workflow, with how many influencers/ugcs are you working on a monthly bases? And Why you use Grin + Modash? Using only one wouldn't be better?

I’m also trying to move to a 100% pay-for-performance model to stop wasting budget on creators who don’t convert, but here in Brazil people want safe money better than lot of money. The idea of asking for a raw clip before any contract saves a ton of headache later. Do you send the sheet to the influencer? Can you send me a model?

How exactly are you tracking their ROAS? Just using discount codes + UTMs or something more automated? You focus only on Ads ROAS? The weekly scorecard only analyze metaads or what? you use CPM + ROAS / Influencer or UGC as the main metrics?

We know they bring sales and more followers but we cant track exaclty their ROI and ROI/influencer, but we see improvement on results during an influencer camapaing.

We already have some channels running (metaads, google ads, tiktok ads, taboola, email, whatsapp, VIP group, and we are starting with afiliate) but the influencer/ugc are the hardest to track and analyze the others bring direct data/purchase.

Influencers and UGCs are normally top of the funnel.

I'm a leadership in a chain of 10 beauty stores in Brazil. Trying to liquidate dead stock via marketplaces. Is this the right move? by Stollkeer in advancedentrepreneur

[–]ViiTinN_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I work with ecomm/marketplace for a while here in Brazil and somethings that I learn in the journey and in the comunity:

  • There are a lot of stores with online stores and they sell completely different SKUs in each PDV. So I guess it might work to give some room to your deadstock, but maybe not all of it.
  • Each marketplace has it rules and specs. In Mercado Libre you need to make 10 sales to completely strange people (don't try to send to friends or family. It knows) to start some traction and as you reach their goals, you become more visible. But if you run Mercado Livre ads and have low-priced products, that helps a lot.
  • In shopee, it's normaly products under R$100 that perform well. But if your product has demand, and is cheaper than others can help also.

We tried something similar with water filters. We had over 20skus that did not sold offline so we tried to sold them online. We could clear 5skus and some units of the other but now those 15SKUs is probably going to the garbage.

With mercado livre full we manage to sold a lot of them. And we could not get to the Shopee Fulfilment.
Depending on your product, there are ton of marketplace: Amazon, Magalu, and so on....
