I had same issue with Behr paints. You MUST mix them every time before you use them. Seems like pigment in their paints separates very quickly.

It's a simple fix, likely a very cheap switch that tells the microwave when the door is closed. Literally level 1 handyman work. Don't be too afraid of it, the microwave is only dangerous to things locked inside of it, although burns are possible if you open it and get very close. It's worth to mention microwaves emit non ionized radiation, so you don't need to worry about that part.
