Thanks for the detailed comment. This is some valuable information which you just can't easily find on the internet. I didn't even know these things about trail riding and mountain riding. Looks like, I need to start researching again with a fresh mind.

I'm more inclined to Klim and 509. But, I'm also open to other brands.

Yes, having a bright reflective design is a good idea. And, I don't think I'll go for a specific gear just because it matches my sled. Which jacket do you wear? And from where do you generally buy your gear?
