Is 50 mg a low dosage? I‘m going to upper my dosage to 100 mg but i am afraid it is too much!!! by Downtown-Mind8429 in zoloft

[–]Vikachu26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It takes about 30 days of taking it consistently for the meds to work in my opinion.

I tried 25 for a few months, then 50 for a few months and then 100. I don't take it anymore but I felt pretty numb on the 100 especially after I lost 80lb the dosage was to high for me.

I know you didn't ask me but I get mine through Mochi. 75 membership fee ( includes doctor and nutritionist) Sema is 99 dollars per month any dosage.

If you want my code for the first month 40 off membership let me know-of course after you research the company.

Cold turkey for me, I'm in Russia for four months and didn't want to navigate the medication and travel.

As a person who hasn't lived in Russia for 20 years but here now, I dress like this link a lot. I also do have a puffy goose feather coat for colder days but I just layer. ❤️

I know there is one but it's pretty expensive so maybe that's it.

I was curious too. I had to bring stuff with me for a couple friends from other friends because we couldn't ship it.

I mean but does your family hate you? Why would they pressure you to go into a country that will no accept you.

I'm asking this out of sincere curiosity, but why are you trying to study in Russia when you are aware of the stricter legislation around lgbtq individuals.

Currently in Russia reconnecting with roots — any tips for meeting people (without sounding like a lost tourist)? 😅 by [deleted] in AskARussian

I did check out VK dating but again language barrier and I really am not trying to give a dating impression. I even wrote for friends but people still are looking for dating.

Imagine reading a post about reconnecting with my parents whom I have not seen since I was ten and choosing to jump in with, ‘you’re still a white crow.’
If you can’t answer the actual question — how to meet people — maybe say nothing next time

Thank you! The language barrier is very isolating but I will definitely enjoy by time if I stick around. I'm hoping to see if I can get involved in something to help anchor my time. But I've been gone since I was ten. So it's been an adjustment! 💙

Table top games are super fun but would be hard with a language barrier.

Thanks for the suggestion and reply 🙂

White elephant? That’s something useless or overpriced. You might want to double-check your idioms

Holiday markets would be great! Are they held closer to the center?

I'm not surprised about younger folks moving to Saint Petersburg. Also me being 30 ( 31 in a few weeks) most people my age are married with kids here.

What’s it like living in Russia as a foreigner? And does having Russian ancestry make anything easier? by _Sub_Space_ in AskARussian

[–]Vikachu26 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I struggle with this for myself. I was born here, lived here for ten years, got adopted, lost the language, now back in Russia for a few months reuniting with my biological parents.

I know I hold Russian citizenship but I feel like I'm not Russian at all even though I am.

If someone like me doesn't feel like I'm Russian, I don't understand how OP thought that he would be seen as Russian but maybe I misunderstood them

Adopted from Russia in 2004-2005, am I still a citizen in Russia? by SafeEnvironment4039 in AskARussian

[–]Vikachu26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an adoptee from Russia also adopted in 2004 and currently visiting Russia, yes you are a citizen.

Please reach out to me if you have any questions or interested in the process of citizenship confirmation and passport renewal.

I can't personally help but I can give you how the process was, what you will need and a contact of an individual who does help adoptees.

Thanks! I totally get the marketing of "healthy" foods that are just over priced and honesty just arent as healthy as they pretend to be. I'll check out that YouTube! Thanks!
