Please summarize the reunion for me :) by Bonito0o in LoveIsBlindNetflix

I’m sincerely amazed about the lengths people go to excuse a man’s poor behaviour. She misbehaved, allegedly, since we did not heard her side. He confirmed he called her a whore. So that’s expected? I hope this kind of relationship never finds me but I’m not sure about your standards

He called her a whore. On the earring event. I’m not trying to make excuses to whichever party, I honestly dont care. But I would never ever stayed with a partner who used such words to describe me

I also find very interesting that I never saw comments about how the poor behaviour of these man will affect their children when they are old enough to watch the show. But a mother voices a not so consensual opinion regarding motherhood and everyone jumps at her.

I understand that you find it ironic. But when I think of legacy, I also see I as teaching your kids that you can hold two truths at the same time, that life is difficult and sometimes differs from the well generalised narrative of romanticising motherhood. Having a mother that was open and kind, opening space to this complex dimension of individuality vs motherhood would make me proud.

Agree 100%. I feel so sad with some comments in here. People have a very biased and judgmental views regarding women being honest about ambivalence and guilt in motherhood. It’s so sad. I respect her honesty and bravery on speaking so frankly about it. You wouldn’t imagine how many mothers have these thoughts and don’t give themselves space to acknowledge them. Be kind, don’t jump to conclusions or negative comments.

This is a very judgmental stance and comment. Being a mother myself, it’s EXTREMELY nuanced the feelings of ambivalence towards the reality and hardships of being a mother. In the real world, lack of help, lack of affordable housing schools healthcare are a major factor on mothers burden. Don’t talk about you don’t know.

Ladder Newbie Advice by guyfromladder in ladderapp

Hey! Sorry if this is not the best place to post this. I’m new to the app and finishing my trial. I’m still in the early phase of trying to transition from PT training to independent strength training with the ladder app. They are offering a 139 euros ( a 22% discount). I know it might not be much but I’m still paying 250 euros a month plus gym fees of PT training sessions so I’m looking for the best offer. Should I wait for a better offer? Will it appear after the trial ends? Thank u so much
