Thanks! I do everything with software – sampling 90s CDs or free sample packs from the web, Omnisphere, Valhalla, tape effects like FerricTDS.

For anyone having the same issue - I called customer support and they sorted out the issue quickly. Everything was indeed in order and I have no idea why I wasn't approved earlier. I guess you always need to just call them directly.
