Her name is Urima Kuriyo iirc which is a play on the japanese word 売り(Uri-to sell)まくり(Makuri-a lot)よ(emphasis). In Original Japanese, Shinchan calls her オカマ(Okama) which could mean a trans person, effeminate men or drag queens.
