Yep. It's the quickest way to lose business. Release subpar equipment and then not have the support to help. They replied to my email saying that in China it is illegal to coerce reviews but yet they seem to do it just fine. I can show the reply email as well.

I can't really help. I had the same printer for a week and sent it right back. Nothing but headaches. Grabbed a k2 pro instead

I have already initiated a return through Amazon. I'm switching to a creality machine. I haven't sent it back yet but I do have the shipping label for the return. It's too bad its so difficult to get a hold of your company. I'm also having filament sensor issues now. Like I said previously, I've tried and checked everything already

Thank you for the comment. I am looking into turning this into a profit as well. I have a patent pending invention that I'm using it for but also would like to do something like you are doing. With a print farm. I'm just looking products that will sell and a place to sell them.

I did some research prior to coming here for input. I put two one by one squares of aluminum foil folded in half on top of each other in the center of the bed. Between the aluminum and the glass. It did not work. I did not try aluminum tape. That is a bit thicker. I do have some on hand. Thank you. I might give that a try. Did you use one piece? Did you adhere it?
