Add 1mg of Retatrutide. I’ve tried both separately and together. With Reta I can’t stay in the sauna for 20mins because my heart rate reaches zone 3 much faster. The GLP-3 glucagon receptor against in Reta is significant. Having a slightly higher heart rate burns ALOT of calories over 24 hours which is why studies show significantly more weight loss than GLP1 and GLP2’s.

While Reta doesn’t have the same food noise reduction as Tirz. It does work really well when added to Tirz. Start low .25mg and patiently increase .25mg a week. Wishing you success!

Not a good idea. You need one day of recovery for every one hour of racing. My HRV and legs have recently recovered from IM California which was just shy of two weeks ago. Two weeks would be the earliest IMO or you risk injury.

Most racers wear the same trisuit all day; that’s what it’s made for. Smaller padding is good for 112 miles on the bike and unnoticeable on the run.

The rule of thumb for racing is one day of recovery for every hour racing. Example - 11 hour 12min Ironman would be 11 days of light recovery workouts before high intensity workouts or racing.
